Alloy wheel repair kit is designed to permanently repair curb damages, scratches, slight dents, installation damages, sanding marks and other damages to alloy wheels, synthetic wheels, steel rims and hubcaps, and many more on similar surface materials.
Directions
1. Preparation.Use the sanding Disc included in the kit clean the damaged alloy wheel and remove rough edges and unevennesses around the damaged area.
2. Cleaning.Clean the damaged area with the cleaner.Identify the repair area. Check the damage area to decide wheather it is necessary to use the adhesive or not; if yes, firstly Step4, then Step5; if not, Step 5 directly;
3. Mixing.Mix the adhesive with spatula provided.Note: operate time is 1-2 mins.Fill the mixed adhesive to overflow the damaged area with the spatula and make the surface smooth.Note: operate time is 2-3 mins, because the mixed adhesive cures in 5 minutes.
4. Accommodation the outlines.After the glue fully cured, use the Sanding Disc to accommodate the outlines to repaired surface to get a polished and smooth metal surface.
5.Make Up Color with Paint.Clean the damaged area, apply the paint to the damaged area with the paint brush provided.(If necessary, stir the paint evenly with the swab before using.) Leave the paint dry in 1 hour
